Some stays whisper. The Cottages at Little Saint sing.

Tucked just behind Little Saint, a restaurant and event venue in downtown Healdsburg, California, the Cottages at Little Saint feel like Laurel Canyon rewritten for wine country. Β

Designed by Ken Fulk, the four cottages are color-drenched and unapologetically whimsical.

Every room tells its own story, right down to the vinyl collection, with nods to Joni Mitchell and The Rolling Stones, and a late 1960s and β70s creative energy when art, music and community blurred together.
The trend at play here is intentional eclecticism. Little Saint lands in the sweet spot, mixing nostalgia and modern comfort. It feels collected over time. Custom bath products from local makers, vinyl waiting to be spun and front porches built for lingering reinforce the idea that good design should support how we actually live, gather and slow down.
