The Crossroads Inn at Pippin Hill  

The Crossroads Inn is a renovated tavern house in the Blue Ridge mountains that we really love. Only 10 minutes from downtown Charlottesville in nearby North Garden, VA, the Inn is set on Pippin Hill’s Vineyard where guests have breakfast each day with eggs, honey, fruits and vegetables sourced from the on-site bee apiary, vegetable garden and chicken coop. Nestled on 325 acres in Franklin, TN, Southall evokes the feeling of an old farmstead and offers farm tours (free with stay,) orchard tours, beekeeping activities, seed saving workshops and more. Dawn Ranch

On the Russian River in Guernville, CA, Dawn Ranch has a whole host of luxe accommodations from cabins to chalets to tents.
